And Adonijah slew sheep and oxen and fat cattle by the stone of Zoheleth, which is by En–rogel, and called all his brethren the king’s sons, and all the men of Judah the king’s servants:

But Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah, and the mighty men, and Solomon his brother, he called not.

Christ as High Priest

This verse is a historical account listing individuals who were not aligned with Adonijah, including a priest (Zadok) and a prophet (Nathan), but it contains no direct or indirect reference to Jesus, priesthood in a redemptive or mediatorial sense, or any concept of sacrifice. The presence of a human priest in the narrative does not inherently connect to the theological theme of Christ as High Priest.
