Counter-Arguments

The strongest case that this verse does not belong in this theme.

Past Fulfillment (Historic)

The verse describes an action taken by the people in the present narrative (removing burnt offerings according to the divisions of families, as written in the book of Moses), not the fulfillment of a past prophecy. It refers to an instruction from the past (Book of Moses) being followed, but not a prophecy being fulfilled.

Earthly Sanctuary System

The verse describes the removal and distribution of offerings, which could be seen as an administrative act rather than directly detailing the sanctuary system itself.
