The strongest case that this verse does not belong in this theme.

Prophecy Fulfilled Literally

The verse describes the reign of King Ahaz and his moral failings ("did not that which was right in the sight of the Lord his God"). It makes no mention of any prophecy, nor does it discuss any promises to Israel, let alone their fulfillment. The phrase "like David his father" refers to Ahaz's *failure* to live up to the righteous standard set by David, not to a prophecy about David's descendants or the land. Therefore, this verse has no connection to the "Prophecy Fulfilled Literally" tag.
