Leviticus 18:24

Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:
22

Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Present / Ongoing Fulfillment

The verse describes a past event ("nations are defiled which I cast out before you") and a command given to a specific group at a specific time, without any indication that these "things" or their defiling effect are ongoing or apply universally throughout any subsequent "church age."

Judgment for Land Violation

The verse primarily focuses on the defilement of the people themselves through specific actions, rather than directly stating that the land itself is being misused or that its violation is the cause of judgment. The "nations are defiled" and "I cast out before you" refers to the people, not the land actively "vomiting out" its inhabitants.
