Israel-Specific Promises

While the verse refers to a command given to "the children of Israel" and a "statute for ever throughout their generations," the specific content of the command (what is to be given) is not detailed in this verse, making it difficult to definitively categorize it as a promise, prophecy, or covenant without further context.
