The strongest case that this verse does not belong in this theme.

Sabbath as Spiritual Rest

The verse speaks of finding "rest unto your souls" by taking Jesus's yoke and learning from him, and explicitly states the reason for this rest is his meekness and lowliness of heart. There is no mention of the Sabbath, either literally or metaphorically, nor any direct or indirect linguistic connection to the concept of Sabbath rest.
