Present / Ongoing Fulfillment

This verse describes regulations for offerings in ancient Israel, not a prophetic reality unfolding throughout the church age. It addresses the inclusion of strangers in the sacrificial system, which is a historical and legal instruction specific to the Mosaic covenant, not a prophecy of ongoing fulfillment in the Christian era.
