Counter-Arguments

The strongest case that this verse does not belong in this theme.

Annihilation / Destruction

The verse describes a potential consequence of unauthorized access to the tabernacle ("bear sin, and die"), but it does not explicitly state that this death is a result of judgment for wickedness, nor does it describe the destruction, consumption, or ceasing to exist of the wicked. Instead, it seems to be a warning about the sacredness of the tabernacle and the dangers of violating its boundaries.

Israel-Specific Promises

This verse is a command given to the Israelites regarding their proximity to the tabernacle, not a promise or prophecy directed at them.

Earthly Sanctuary System

The verse focuses on the prohibition of access for the children of Israel, rather than describing the sanctuary system itself or its functions. It speaks to a consequence of approaching, not the system's purpose or structure.
