The verse explicitly mentions "drink offerings" which are a type of offering. While drink offerings in the Old Testament often involved wine, the verse itself does not specify wine as the substance for the drink offering. Therefore, while it supports the idea of a sacred use of a drink, it doesn't directly support the sacred use of *wine*.
