And their meat offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals for a bullock, and two tenth deals for a ram,

The strongest case that this verse does not belong in this theme.

Ritual / Sacred Use

The definition explicitly states "wine used in offerings," but the verse describes "flour mingled with oil" as the meat offering. There is no mention of wine in this verse.
