Counter-Arguments

The strongest case that this verse does not belong in this theme.

Present with the Lord

The verse speaks of "iniquity... remembered with the Lord" and "sin... not be blotted out," which refers to divine judgment and memory of sin, not a state of being present with the Lord in paradise after death.

Annihilation / Destruction

The verse speaks of remembering iniquity and not blotting out sin, which refers to a continued record or acknowledgment of wrongdoing, not necessarily the destruction or annihilation of the individual.

Destruction / Perishing Language

The verse does not explicitly use language of destruction or perishing, but rather speaks of sins being "remembered" and "not blotted out," which implies a continued negative consequence rather than an immediate act of destruction.
